This Privacy Policy explains how VideoPrompt (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating the websites www.videoprompt.vip and post.videoprompt.vip, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI prompt generation, prompt reverse-engineering, and social media publishing tools.

Information We Collect

1. Account information

When you register or sign in, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account name and email address through Google OAuth 2.0. We never receive or store your Google password.

2. Content you submit

To provide our services, you may upload or submit images, videos, media URLs, prompts, and text. We process this content solely to generate prompts, analyze media, and publish content to the social accounts you connect.

3. Connected social accounts

When you link a social media account (for example a YouTube channel) through our publishing tool, we store the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by that platform. These tokens let us publish the content you schedule and retrieve basic channel information. You may disconnect an account at any time, which deletes its tokens from our system.

4. Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as PayPal). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

5. Technical and usage data

Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the service.

Google API Data Disclosure

Our publishing tool uses Google APIs. We only access the Google data strictly required to provide the features you use:

  • Sign in with Google (profile and email scopes): to create and authenticate your account.
  • YouTube APIs (youtube, youtube.readonly, youtube.upload, youtube.force-ssl, youtubepartner, yt-analytics.readonly scopes): to connect your YouTube channel, publish the videos you schedule, and display your own video performance statistics inside the dashboard.

We commit that Google data:

  • is used only for the stated, limited purposes above;
  • is not used for advertising or advertising targeting;
  • is not sold or shared with third parties except as described in this policy;
  • is not used to train artificial-intelligence models;
  • is accessible only to you and the administrators performing support or security operations under confidentiality obligations.

You can revoke our access at any time via your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

  • Providing, maintaining, and securing our services
  • Generating and reverse-engineering AI prompts from the media you submit
  • Publishing content to the social accounts you connect, on the schedule you set
  • Managing your account, credits, subscriptions, and support requests
  • Detecting fraud, abuse, and security incidents

Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of service providers that process data on our behalf, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, and the social platforms you choose to connect (Google/YouTube and others). Each provider processes only the data needed for its function.

Data Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Uploaded media and generated prompts are retained to provide your history and re-publishing features, and you may delete them from your dashboard. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or security purposes.

Data Security

Access to our servers is restricted, all public traffic is served over HTTPS, and platform OAuth tokens are stored in a protected database with least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

International Transfers

Your data is processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By using our services you consent to this transfer.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
